Resumes are not one-size-fits-all, and neither are the packages offered by Resourceful Resumes. You may want a more in-depth review, or something more like a second pair of eyes. You may have one document, or you may have multiple. No matter what your situation is, I can provide a service that fits your needs and gets your application to where it needs to be. For all options, you must be prepared to share your past work experience, the job description/description of the opportunity for which you are applying, and any other supporting documentation. This will be imperative to make sure your resume is customized not only to you but to your opportunity.
Finally, I will not be writing everything for you. Resumes, Cover Letters, and similar documents should be your writing. However, especially for intensive packages, I am happy to be hands-on in providing support and assistance that will make getting where you need to be feel easier and less complicated than you ever thought possible.
Standard Resume/CV Review – $100
Your resume is already written, but you’re not quite confident in the delivery. You want someone to review it and give you a critique of your language, check your formatting, and assist you with those finishing touches that can take it over the top. This package includes emailed notes and markups of your resume and the opportunity to ask questions for up to one week post the initial review. You must be prepared to share and discuss your work and school experience via email.
Intensive Resume/CV Review – $200
Your resume is barely an outline, if it’s written at all. You hardly know where to start, and it’s a little overwhelming for you to think about it. You need someone to ingest your past work experience and translate it into something structured and professional. This package includes near-full creation of your resume from the ground up, as well as up to 3 additional drafts of the resume in order for you to feel satisfied. You must be prepared to share and discuss your work and school experience via email.
Standard Cover Letter / Personal Statement Review – $150
Your cover letter is written, but you need a second opinion You want someone to look it over for the general content and formatting, as well as personalized feedback about how your cover letter works with the opportunity for which you’re applying. This package includes emailed notes and markups of your cover letter and the opportunity to ask questions for up to one week post the initial review. You must be prepared to share and discuss your work and school experience via email.
Intensive Cover Letter / Personal Statement Review – $250
You’ve put the pen to paper already, but there isn’t much there. You need someone to look at your resume and job description together and tell you how to translate what you’ve done into a cover letter that will showcase both your interest in the role and experience in a neat, professional bow. This package includes intensive writing assistance as well as up to 3 additional drafts of the cover letter in order for you to feel satisfied. You must be prepared to share and discuss your work and school experience via email.
